Comprehensive property management. Our main responsibility is that your property is always in optimal conditions for your use and enjoyment. For such purposes, we have the best work teams with effective response capacity; within them you can find our impeccable housekeepers, maintenance, elite concierge services and management of vacation and long-stay rentals.
As Property Administrators, the PRÊT Team will use its experience, skills and efforts to serve the interests of the property owner, always seeking to provide a solution to the needs that may come up, by choosing the best and most competitive alternatives in the market, thus seeking an intelligent and fair investment.
We offer the owner a peace of mind within our service structure, a trained management staff to execute, direct and supervise the works and services that are carried out within their property, whether they are carried out directly by our Company and its direct staff or by subcontractors hired for specific jobs or tasks.
The scope of our property management services ranges from management and exclusive custody of keys and access to the property, scheduling and supervision of housekeeping services (cleaning) (at least once a week) to Functionality Inspection visits and further.

VACATION
RENTALS
The vacation rental management is an optional service that PRET provides, and it’s a separate service from the Property Management. We manage vacation rentals and long term rentals for those owners who want to be able, either to rent out their vacation homes while not using them or for those owners who have chosen to rent out the property for longer periods of time.
We take care of all the negotiations that are made with potential tenants, with the exception of rentals captured and managed directly by the owner. At PRÊT we do not ignore any service and/or supervision process related to any commercial stay at the property, but rather, we guarantee an impeccable and continuous service to any guests who are using the property as rented accommodation.

To make it possible, we have a network of more than 7,000 contacts and connections started 22 years ago in the area of Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Bávaro, throughout the territory of the Dominican Republic and in other major destinations and cities in the world.
The activities and experiences that we offer range from advice and vacation planning, coordination and assistance with transportation (from the basics to arrangements for private plane arrivals, boat arrivals and all related errands if necessary), grocery shopping, transportation services, delivery, reservations in restaurants and spa (including treatments at home) among others.
